DAILY CHECKLIST
PRE-STAGE 3
Take the shuttle to Canillo (at la Massana Race Village Shuttle Station or Anyòs – if your accommodated there)
Get your bike from the bike park (in Canillo), take your Morning Coffee and use the Tech Services before the start.
Make sure to go to your start box 15 minutes before stage start.
POST-STAGE 3
After crossing the finish line, go for a quick drink or some fruit.
Then, take your bike to the dirty bike zone at the bike park to gt it cleaned
Pick up your strip stop bag, for warm and clean clothes. Order your massage if you have booked that service at the bike park. Take your time to get some drinks and snacks at the chill zone or get your deserved lunch at the Rider’s Lounge.
After that it’s the time for the shower and rest (you could walk or jump into the Hotel’s shuttle)
Make sure to catch the daily briefing, accompanied by beer and snacks. And don’t miss out on the Awards Ceremony and daily best pictures!.
YOU MUST DROP-OFF YOUR BIKE AT THE BIKE PARK AT 18:30 SO IT CAN BE TRANSPORTED TO THE START OF STAGE 4.
BIKES CANNOT BE TRANSPORTED IN THE MORNING.
