RACE SERVICES

The Race Office is the main point of contact for participants throughout the event and is available to assist with any event-related enquiries.

Whether you have questions regarding race results, need to report a withdrawal, enquire about lost property,
or require general event information, the Race Office team will be available to help.

The Race Office will be open every stage one hour before the start, at the starting location.
From the time the first team crosses the finish line until 5:00 p.m in Race Village.

  • A secure, enclosed Bike Park is available in the Race Village for the storage of bicycles during the event.
  • Volunteers and event staff will be present throughout the day to assist participants. The Bike Park is locked overnight and monitored by security personnel.
  • Please note that bicycles may only be collected from or deposited into the Bike Park during the published opening hours.
  • Participants are advised to lock their bicycles whenever they are not stored in the Bike Park. While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the security of bicycles and equipment, the organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage.

To help ensure your bike is race-ready throughout the event, personalised mechanical support is available for purchase.

DURING THE ANDORRA EPIC

If you have purchased this service, the ASIC team will be in charge of providing it. They will be located at the bike park in the race village. They already have a list of everyone who has signed up, including your bib number:

  • On the Thursday before the race, you’ll receive an email with a link to fill out your bike’s details—brand, components, and other information—so the mechanics can be prepared for any needs you may have.
  • On July 1, starting at 10:00, you can drop off your bike (they are located in the bike park of race village) so they can assemble it and get it ready for your race. If you arrive in Andorra before the 1st, mechanics will also be available on the 30th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Plaça Fontetes to assemble your bike.
  • Every day after the race, they’ll check your bike. Please don’t hesitate to let them know about any details you think are important..

Participants who have not purchased the personalised service will still have access to mechanical assistance at the Tech Zone located within the Bike Park. These services will be provided on request and charged directly according to the work carried out and any parts used.

A fully equipped bike wash station, supplied with Squirt products, is located in the Race Village.

Participants are encouraged to have their bicycles cleaned as soon as possible after completing each stage.

The bike wash facility opens upon the arrival of the first team and remains operational until the official stage time limit. To ensure a consistent and efficient service, all bike washing is carried out by the event bike wash team.

If you have purchased this service, you have included a 45-minute daily sports massage from July 1 through July 4 to assist with post-stage recovery and preparation for the following day’s racing. The treatment includes muscle recovery techniques, joint mobilization, and stretching, tailored to the needs of mountain bike riders.

Where do I book my daily massage?
On registration day (July 1st), the ASIC team will have a table set up next to the REGISTRATION area in Plaza Fontetes to book your time slot for your first massage.

Where do I take the service? – If you are staying at Anyós Park Hotel
Massage treatments will take place in the hotel’s conference room.

Where do I take the service? – If you are NOT staying at Anyós Park Hotel
Massage treatments will be available on the first floor of Teatre de les Fontetes, located at Plaça de les Fontetes in La Massana. Please enter through the main entrance and proceed to the first floor, where the massage area will be located.

In addition to the medical teams stationed along the race route, medical assistance is also available in the Race Village.

Participants requiring medical attention during the event are welcome to visit the medical facility, which will be staffed throughout the day.

The Race Village medical facility opens upon the arrival of the first team and remains operational until 30 minutes after the official stage finish line closure. 

The Epic Series Merchandise Shop is located at the Race Village in la Massana.

TOURISM OFFICE

The tourism office is located at la Massana and is available to all public who have questions about the event, tourism in Andorra, points of interest, etc. 

The tourism office opens from 9:00h to 13:00h, and from 15:00h to 19:00h.
