Welcome to the 4Islands Epic!

When we first dreamed up the 4Islands Epic, we wanted more than just a race—we wanted an experience that would leave a mark on every rider’s soul. As we approach the 2025 event, this year feels especially meaningful, it’s the 10th Anniversary, and knowing you’ll be part of it makes it even more special.

You’re about to embark on a journey across four Croatian islands, where every climb and descent tells a story shaped by time and nature. Starting with a ferry ride over the Adriatic, you’ll race through rugged trails, ancient paths, and breathtaking coastlines—places few get to see, let alone conquer on two wheels.

But beyond the race, it’s about the connections you’ll forge—with fellow riders, the land, and maybe even yourself. The spirit of adventure and endurance that brought you here will guide you through every challenging mile.

This Rider Manual contains all the essential information you need for race week. Please read it thoroughly to familiarize yourself with the route, schedules, key details, and locations.
