Race The World | Season 2 Premieres with Episode 1: Change is Inevitable
Titled Change is Inevitable, the opening episode sets the stage for the 2026 Absa Cape Epic — widely regarded as the pinnacle of mountain bike stage racing.

Before a single pedal is turned in anger, Episode 1 explores the mindset required to face eight days of relentless racing across South Africa’s Western Cape. Through raw interviews and personal reflections, professional contenders and determined amateurs alike share what the Absa Cape Epic represents to them — a proving ground, a partnership test, and a life-defining challenge.

“If the Absa Cape Epic’s ever taught me anything, it’s that you can never surrender,” says South Africa’s Oli Munnik.
