Accommodation packages
All accommodation packages (boat and race hotel) are starting on Monday, 13 April in Baška – Island Krk and finishing on Sunday, 19 April in Mali Lošinj, Island Lošinj.
All accommodation packages include half-board accommodation and a post-stage recovery meal at the Race Village.
Your boat package begins with one night in the official race hotel in Baška (Island Krk) where you can settle into your 4Islands Epic experience.
Once the Stage 1 is completed you’ll hop onto your boat, find your cabin and enjoy five nights of luxury accommodation aboard your selected boat.
Boat Accommodation Overview:
13 – 14 April: 1x night in the Sunny Baška Hotel by Valamar
- First check in: 13.4 (Island of Krk, after 14:00 pm)
14 – 19 April: 5x nights aboard the boats.
- Check in: 14.4 (Baška – Island of Krk, after Stage 1 race)
- Check out: 19.4 (Mali Lošinj – Island of Lošinj, until 10:00)
Luggage
You will drop off your private luggage on 14th April in front of the Official race hotel between 07:30-08:30.
Your luggage will be waiting for you on your boat after you finish Stage 1.
Once you embark on the boat, your personal luggage will remain with you until check-out on 19th April.
Bike Park
From the registration in the Sunny Baska Hotel by Valamar, the Bike Park is within walking distance.
After Stage 2, the Bike Park will be located at the Race Ferry.
Bike case/box
Drop-off: Please drop-off your bike case/box at the Bike Park between 13:00-19:00 on the 13.04. The Bike Park is within walking distance from the Official race hotel. Please make sure that you place your bike case/box sticker onto it. Your bike case/box will be transported directly to the final Stage of the race: Mali Lošinj – Island Lošinj.
Collection:
Your bike case/box will be transported directly to the final Stage in Mali Lošinj – Island of Lošinj and will be waiting for you at the Bike Park – Race Ferry.
Departure:
Please ensure that your bike is packed after completing Stage 5, no later than 16:00. Once packed, leave it in the Bike Park – Race Ferry, where it will be prepared for departure the following day, on 19 April.
Please Note
Schedules for boat accommodation can change due to weather conditions and are at the discretion of the captain’s judgement. The boat staff will inform you on a daily basis about the next day’s arrangement
Pre-night
For riders who have booked pre-night 12 April, the check-in will be at the Sunny Baška Hotel by Valamar from 14:00. Breakfast and dinner are included.

13 April, first check in is from 14:00 – Sunny Baška Hotel by Valamar
Luggage
The transport of one piece of properly labelled luggage between overnight locations is arranged. For current purposes, the term luggage refers to 1 bag per rider with a maximum capacity of 120 litres. Your luggage item will be transported to the next Race Hotel and will be available at the reception after you finished the stage.
Bike Park
From the registration in the Sunny Baška Hotel by Valamar, the Bike Park is within walking distance.
After Stage 2, the Bike Park will be located at the Race Ferry.
Bike case/box

Please make sure that you label your bike case/box with the designated sticker. Your bike case/box will be transported directly to the final Stage of the race: Mali Lošinj – Island Lošinj.
