Accommodation packages
All accommodation packages (boat and race hotel) are starting on Monday, 14th April Mali Lošinj – Island Lošinj and finishing on Sunday, 20th April at Baška, island Krk.
All accommodation packages are including half-board and post stage recovery meal at Race Village.
Your boat package begins with one night in the official race hotel in Lošinj where you can settle into your 4Islands Epic experience.
Once the Prologue is completed you’ll hop onto your boat, find your cabin and enjoy five nights of luxury accommodation aboard your selected boat.
Boat Accommodation Overview:
14 – 15 April: 1x night in the hotel in Lošinj
- First check in: 14.4 (Island of Lošinj, after 14:00 pm)
15 – 20 April: 5x nights aboard the boats.
- Check in: 15.4 (Island of Unije, after Prologue race)
- Check out: 20.4 (Baška – Island of Krk, until 10:00)
Luggage
You will drop off your private luggage on 15th of April in front of Official race hotel 07:15-07:30.
Your luggage will be waiting for you on your boat after you finish Prologue.
Once you embark on boat your personal luggage is staying with you till checking out on 20.4.
Bike Park
From the registration point, the bike park will be at Race Ferry, which is located in the local city harbor. Please use your bike to get there and use the shuttle service (bus or van) to return to the hotel.
Bike case/box
Drop-off: Please drop-off your bike case/box at designated location 14:00-19:00. It is on walking distance from hotel and it is situated on sports court. Please make sure that you place bike case/box tag onto it. Your bike case/box will be transported directly to end position of the race: Baška-island Krk.
Collection: Your bike case/box will be transported directly to last stage at Baška – Island of Krk and will be waiting for you at bike park at finish of stage 4 (island Krk). Please make sure to pack your bike once finished race, latest up to 17:30 and leave the bike case at the designated spot on April 19th, so it will be ready for tomorrow’s departure on April 20th.
Please Note
Schedules for boat accommodation can change due to weather conditions and are at the discretion of the captain’s judgement. The boat staff will inform you on a daily basis about the next day’s arrangement
Pre-night
For riders who have booked pre-night 13.4, the check-in will be at the official Race Hotel Vespera from 14:00. Breakfast and Dinner are included.
Check In
14 April, first check in is from 14:00 – Family Hotel Vespera
Luggage
The transport of one piece of properly labelled luggage between overnight locations is arranged. For current purposes, the term luggage refers to 1 bag per rider with a maximum capacity of 120 litres. Your luggage item will be transported to the next Race Hotel and will be available at the reception after you finished the stage.
Bike Park
