The Race Office is your point of contact throughout the event. We’re here to help! Visit the Race Office for any questions about race results, withdrawals, lost and found items, or any other information you may need. It’s located in the race village.

There will be a bike park each night in order for your bikes
to be safe and ready for the following stage. Please read the
daily schedules carefully, and ensure your bike is checked
into the bike park on time on the days bikes are transferred
between islands. In Mali Lošinj – Island of Lošinj (Registration, Prologue & Stage 1) the bike park will be at Race Ferry, which is located in the local city harbour. Please use your bike, on Registration day 14.4., to get there and use the shuttle service (bus or van) to return to the hotel. During other race days, the bike park will be operating during working hours and at locations stated in the schedule, day by day.

Please have in mind, once the bikes have been deposited in the Bike Park, riders will no longer have access to their bikes before next day.

Mechanics are available each day in the bike park. When
leaving your bike in bike park please advise the staff what
repairs and maintenance is necessary. Service is not free and
will be charged. Credit cards will be accepted as payment
method.

A fully stocked bike wash with Squirt products
is located at each race village. We ask that you get your bike
washed directly after finishing the stage. The bike wash is
open from arrival of the first team and closes with the stage
time limit.

Riders that have purchased the massage package prior to
the event will need to book their massage appointment at
Race Office each day after finishing the stage. Massage will take place in your accommodation.

In addition to the medics on route, you can visit the medic in
the race village should you experience any medical problems.
The medical facility in the race village is open from the arrival
of the first team until official closing of the day.

IMPORTANT: If you have any medical conditions that out medic team should be aware of, please make sure to stop by at the Medic desk after you pick up your registration package.

DAILY ONLINE RIDER BRIEFING
The initial rider briefing on April 14th will be at the registration point, Hotel Vespera. After a short introduction to the race and what to expect during the race days, all riders and supporters are invited for a welcome drink.

Further day-by-day rider briefings will be available online only, accessible through the Epic Series App. Please pay attention to any route updates or changes, including maximum stage times and intermediate cut-off times.”
