Prologue – April 15th: Unije Island  A Bittersweet Start to the 4Islands Epic Journey

We were really looking forward to celebrating our 10th anniversary with all of you on new island, especially Unije. Unfortunately it is not going to happen this year. But don’t worry, there’s a wish and a plan in place to get you to Unije in one of the next 4Islands editions. Meanwhile, the new Prologue on Lošinj has all the ingredients for a perfect start: thrilling trails, technical segments, beautiful sea views, and the serenity of the island of vitality, as they call Lošinj.

Stage 1 – Lošinj Island Proceeding with, full Stage at the vibrant island of Lošinj. Famous for its lush greenery and crystal-clear waters, Lošinj offers breath taking views and lively local culture. Ride through this picturesque island and soak in the beauty around you.

REGISTRATIONS

Warming up

1. Registration Process: Time to make it official! Head over to registration and get yourself signed up. You’re one step closer to glory!
2. Bike Drop-off: Park your race machine in the Temporary bike park (Sport court on a walking distance from Race Hotel).
3. Live Rider Briefing: Gather ’round the registration pond for the live rider briefing. This is where you’ll get the lowdown on all the race details.
4. Official Welcome Drink: After the briefing, it’s time to celebrate with an official welcome drink. Cheers to new friends and an epic race ahead!

PROLOGUE

The first day of your 4Islands Epic journey!

1. Retrieve Your Bike from the Temporary bike park (Sport court)
2. Test Ride Prologue use opportunity to Test Ride Prologue (08:00-10:30)
3. Start: Begin Prologue at your designated start time.
4. Bike Drop-off: Before leaving, make sure to put your bike back in the bike park (Race Ferry)

STAGE 1

An urban mountain biking adventure awaits on Lošinj

1. Retrieve Your Bike: make sure to retrieve your bike from the race ferry.
2. Start in Your Start Batch: Begin Stage 1 at your designated start time with your batch
3. Have Fun: Enjoy the ride and have a blast!
4. Take Your Reward: After finishing, don’t forget to collect your well-deserved reward

At 4Islands, logistics are as unique as the racing locations. Explorer riders can use the same race logistics and infrastructure services as other participants, including ferry transfers, bike parks, bike services, and bike washes. Everything you need to keep your adventure smooth and enjoyable!

Route Signage Keep an eye out for brightly colored markers along the trails. These will guide you through each stage, ensuring you stay on the right path and enjoy the stunning scenery without any worries.

Service Stations Throughout the race, you’ll find service stations stocked with refreshments. Grab some food and drinks to refuel and recharge. These stations are strategically placed to provide you with the energy boost you need to conquer each stage.
