You will receive your hotel allocation for Lenzerheide via e-mail 1 week prior to the event. Please note the official check-in at your hotel in Lenzerheide is from 16:00. The SPAR Swiss Epic team as well as the race hotels will strive to allow for an earlier check-in wherever possible. The hotel allocations for St. Moritz and Davos will be provided during registration on site. Your rider bag will be waiting for you at the hotel in St. Moritz when you finish Stage 2 and in Davos when you finish Stage 4.

RACE HOTELS LENZERHEIDE

You will begin every morning with a nutritious breakfast at your race hotel. The breakfast opening times are as follows:

  • Pre-Accommodation Lenzerheide (if pre-booked): regular breakfast opening times
  • Stage 1 Lenzerheide: 06:30-09:00
  • Stage 2 Lenzerheide: 05:30-08:00
  • Stage 3 St. Moritz: 05:30-08:00
  • Stage 4 St. Moritz: 05:30-08:00
  • Stage 5 Davos: 06:00-08:30
  • Post-Accommodation Davos (if pre-booked): regular breakfast opening times

You will be having a delicious dinner with fellow riders at your
race hotel or at the race village restaurants between 18:00 and 21:00 or as communicated at Check In. Drinks need to be paid for separately.

On pre- and post accommodation the dinner will be served to regular dinner opening times.

Please settle any bills for extras at the hotel the night before move day, to save yourself time in the morning.

In all host cities there will be shuttles circulating from the official race hotel to the race villages. The shuttle will bring you to the race start in the morning and back to the hotel when finishing the stage.

Please note: we can not guarantee a TWIN room in every hotel, although if you have requested it when registering for the race.
