Big mileage, legendary trails and decisive climbing, a true endurance test.

The longest stage of the race delivers pure island flow. Rolling terrain and pastureland provide an early warm-up before the iconic Disco Point climb and the famous James Bond Trail, one of the nicest descents in this edition. This stage mixes forest trails, vineyard landscapes and exposed coastal riding before finishing with a rewarding singletrack descent from the Moon Plateau back into Baška.

Today we start Stage 2, once again riding a loop on the island of Krk, with both the start and finish located in Baška. Please note that, unlike Stage 1, the start and finish points in Baška are at two different locations. The stage will start at the same location as Stage 1, while the finish will be in Baška Harbour.

From today onward, the Bike Park will be located at a new, permanent position on the Race Ferry, and this location will remain unchanged for all subsequent stages.

After finishing the stage, hotel-based riders may either walk approximately 10 minutes back to the hotel or use the official shuttle service (bus or van).

Boat-based riders will proceed directly to their accommodation – boats.

Elite Men
Elite Men will start first, according to the official start list.

Open Men – Batch A
Open Men (Batch 1) will start immediately after the Elite Men.

Elite Women
Elite Women will start after Open Men – Batch A.

Other Batches
All remaining batches will start afterward, according to their assigned batch order and published start times.

Start times will be published on www.epic-series.com/4islands as well as the Epic Series App. Please check in at the designated call-up area 15 minutes before your allocated start time. If a team misses their start time, they will have to start at the back of the field, and their time will be taken from their allocated start time
Before Stage 2

Have breakfast on the deck of your boat. After breakfast, you can use the shuttle service to reach the start of Stage 2, retrieve your bike from the bike park, and get ready for the race. Alternatively, you may walk to the start location, as it is within walking distance from the boat.

After Stage 2:

Once done with a stage ride, put your bike back in the bike park (Race Ferry).

After Stage 2 you will be within walking distance of your accommodation as well as all other race services available for your convenience.

SHUTTLE TO RACE VILLAGE BEFORE STAGE 2
Before Stage 2:

Have breakfast, retrieve your bike from the bike park, and get ready for the race.

After Stage 2:

Once you finish Stage 2, please pick up your strip stop and enjoy your recovery meal at the Race Village. Afterward, leave your bike at the bike park, which is now located at the Race Ferry.

Use the organized shuttle service to return to your hotel. If you prefer, you may also walk, as the hotel is within walking distance.
