ACCOMMODATION
You will receive your hotel allocation via e-mail 2-3 weeks prior to the event. Please note the official Check-In time at your Race Hotel in Engadin is from 15:00. The Swiss Epic team, as well as the Race Hotels, will strive to allow for an earlier Check-In wherever possible.
You will begin every morning with a nutritious breakfast at your Race Hotel. The breakfast opening times are as follows:
- Pre-Event Accommodation Engadin (if pre-booked): regular breakfast opening times
- Stage 1 Engadin: 05:30-08:00
- Stage 2 Engadin: 06:00-09:00
- Stage 3 Engadin: 05:15-07:15
- Stage 4 Davos: 05:30-08:00
- Stage 5 Davos: 05:30-08:00
- Post-Event Accommodation Davos (if pre-booked): regular breakfast opening times
Enjoy dinner with fellow riders at your Race Hotel or at the Race Hotel closeby between 18:30 and 21:30, or as advised at check-in. Drinks are not included.
For Pre- and Post-Event Accommodation Packages, dinner is served during the hotel’s regular dining hours.
Please settle any outstanding charges with your Race Hotel the evening before transfer day to ensure a smooth departure the next morning.
In both Host Cities Hotel Shuttles will be circulating from the official Race Hotels to the Race Villages. They will take you to the stage start in the morning and back to your Race Hotel after the stage. Please check the stage-specific Shuttle Timetable for details: Shuttle Timetable
We cannot guarantee a Twin Room in every hotel, even if you requested it when registering for the race
On the Stage 3 (Transfer Stage) you can drop off your luggage at the designated point at your Race Hotel. The following items will be transported:
- Rider Bag
- to your Race Hotel in Davos
- Rider Box/Bag
- to your Race Hotel if you have a pre-booked post-night
- to the Race Village if you have not pre-booked a post-night
- Private Luggage
- to your Race Hotel if you have a pre-booked post-night
- to the Race Village if you have not pre-booked a post-night
