RIDER ACCREDITATION

WHAT TO BRING TO REGISTRATION?

  • QR-Code sent from registration platform
  • Form of Photo ID (e.g. passport, driving license)
  • Teams must register together. Registration packages will not be handed out to individual team members.

TEAM PHOTO

Take your official team photo during registration and capture the first memory of your unforgettable week at Swiss Epic.

BIKE NUMBER BOARD

Attach your bike number board securely to the front of your bike using the cable ties provided. The number board must remain clearly visible and must not be modified, cut, or obscured. Your timing chip is attached to the back of the board. Do not remove it during the race.

Back number with safety pins

Attach one of the provided back numbers to the back of your jersey or hydration pack. You will not be able to start without it. You may wear a jacket over the back number in case of adverse weather conditions.

WRISTBAND ACCREDITATION

Must be worn for the entire duration of the event, on and off the bike.

BIKE STICKER

Apply the bike sticker to your top tube for bike identification if the number board is removed.

RIDE PLAN STICKER

Place the route sticker on your top tube for easy reference during the stage.

tracking Unit with emergency button

Each team receives one tracking unit, which must be carried during every stage. Place it in a jersey pocket or attach it to a backpack, and keep it inside the sealed waterproof bag at all times.. More information is provided in the Tracking section: LEARN MORE

Each rider receives an official Rider Bag, which will be transported from La Punt to your Race Hotel in Davos on the transfer stage.

The official CIOVITA Rider Jersey awaits you at Swiss Epic. More than just a jersey, it represents your epic journey through the Swiss Alps.

STRIP STOP BAG

Drop off clothing at the start area to wear before and after each stage. Attach the Strip Stop sticker to your bag by folding it around the bag string.
