BIKE NUMBER BOARD
Securely fit this to the front of your bike with the cable ties provided in your registration envelope. Number boards may not be modified, cut, or obscured by cables.
Back number with safety pins
Attach one of the provided back numbers to the back of your jersey or hydration pack. You will not be able to start without it. You may wear a jacket over the back number in case of adverse weather conditions.
BIKE STICKER
Stick this on the cross tube (top tube) of your bike. This is important so that we can identify your bike if the number board is removed.
CHUTE BAG STICKER
Please attach this sticker to the Aramex string bag by folding the sticker on itself around the string. This is how you will identify your chute bag when you collect it after each stage from the Recovery Zone.
WRISTBAND ACCREDITATION
Must be worn for the entire duration of the event, on and off the bike.
Emergency Button
Each team will receive one emergency button that they will need to carry with them during each stage.

TENT TAG AND S-HOOK
Reserve and find your tent when you arrive at each race village. Don’t forget to take your tent tag with you to the next stage!
TIMING CHIP
There will be two timing chips stuck on the back of your number board.
USWE RIDER BAG AND CIOVITA GARMENT
After you have collected your registration pack with accreditation, please continue to the rider bag bedouin to collect your USWE Rider Bag.
You will also receive your rider garment in the size that you indicated on your rider profile. No exchanges will happen on registration day. If you would like to exchange your rider garment for a different size, please visit the race office after Prologue at Meerendal Wine Estate.
You can check in any additional luggage at the Lourensford Bag drop by Big Box Containers on registration day.
