Absa Cape Epic Information Desk
A team member from the Absa Cape Epic will be on hand to answer any of your race specific questions. They will be stationed in the hotel foyer from 14:30 to 16:30 from Tuesday to Friday.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in your package and will be served daily in the hotel restaurant from 07:00 to 10:30. On Sunday, 15 March, breakfast will be available from 05:00 to 10:30.

Bike Park: The hotel will have a secure bike park set up in the basement parking lot, this area is fenced off and guarded 24hrs a day, this facility will also be locked at night for extra safety

Bike Maintenance
A team from Techno Guide will be located in the basement parking area of the hotel to provide assistance with any maintenance or tuning services your bike may require.

  • Departure 3 – 10:00

Please meet in the Hotel Foyer 5 -10min before departure.

Please allocate 30 minutes for travel time.

Returning to the hotel:
When you are ready to return to the hotel, follow the signage to guide you to the arrival and departure point for the Coach Transfer. Give yourself enough time to locate this point before departure.

  • Coach A – 06:30
  • Coach B – 06:45
  • Coach C – 07:00

Your rider bag will be loaded onto the coach you board in the morning and will remain on the same coach for the trip to Montagu. Please ensure you get on the same coach you boarded in the morning when traveling to Race Village 1 after the prologue. The coaches will be marked clearly.
